This large, one-bedroom mountain condo is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the convenience of Aspen core living. Located on the second floor, this unit has vaulted ceilings, cast iron accents upon entry and beautiful wood floors throughout the dining and living room. The open kitchen has dark green marble countertops with bar seating for two and a dining table with bench seating for four. There is an LG electric stove with a double oven and GE refrigerator. The living room has a comfortable open floor plan with a wood fireplace and large flat screen television and a sleeper sofa. Off the living room, there is a small deck facing town and views of the park.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed with double closets and flat-screen television. The en-suite bathroom has a green marble shower, a separate large jacuzzi tub and single vanity. There is a powder room and coat closet as well as a built-in desk with a fax machine and printer. There is also a pool and hot tub in the complex. The unit comes with one assigned parking spot.

Awesome Aspen Condo - what a gem!
Beautiful condo. Cozy, warm and comfortable. Great location. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. No need for a car ...walk everywhere or take the buses to Snowmass, Aspen Highlands or Buttermilk. Property management was so helpful.

What a great place to stay. Rental was very clean and with in walking distance to almost everything in Aspen. Rob the property manager was very helpful and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great rental in downtown Aspen

This condo was amazing! We were met by a beautiful gift basket and a beautifully decorated and welcoming condo! The location was perfect for walking to the lift or going out to eat and shop! Everything you need is supplied for cooking and hanging out by the wood fireplace! We watched the full moon come up over the mountain and enjoyed the beautiful lights of town lit below! The jacuzzi tub and steam shower were a bonus and after 8 hard days on the slopes, we totally used them! We would rent this place again for any season! Location is perfect!
